I have visited at least 6 times since opening and every time the service was great! We even did a fundraiser for Franklin middle school and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile even from employees that are not working the register! Keep up the good work Shainea and Tanya!
This place was amazing!! They were constantly making donuts so they were all hot!! They have a massive conveyer belt just cranking them out. It was packed in there and we were still out of there in under 10 minutes. Expectational.
Finally Krispy Kreme is back! Same location as the one that went out of business years ago and it is redone beautifully! The doughnut making converter belt is out for all to see and it looks good. Great variety, tastes delicious, and the non-doughnut items are good too. Apparently it is often busy, but when I went most recently it was not too crowded.
I think this location is fairly new. It's clean and modern, the staff seemed friendly and attractive. My order was prepared quickly. I wish it were closer to me. But then again maybe not, because I'd get fat.
I'm sooo happy to have Krispy Kreme back in Baltimore. Look forward to seeing other locations open because the 1 on Reisterstown has a limited variety due to it being kosher.
