Brought my daughters bike in for repair. They were honest and said they could fix it but that I could get a new bike somewhere else cheaper than the repair costs. I appreciated the honesty.

These guys are awesome. We brought in a gently used girls bike for our daughters first "real" bike. They hooked it up like it was a 10K road bike. We walked away with a solid rebuild for nothing to less. They treat all bikes the same. Thanks guy's for hooking up my daughter and her Hello Kitty bike. Good work.
Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. As a novice cyclist buying my first "real" bike Nick was helpful and patient and answered all my questions without being the least bit pushy. Their charity trade in was a great deal as well and a win-win-win.
