If you want people sleepwalking through their jobs this is your place. All I needed was data transferred from my old phone to my new one. I called ahead and they said it would take 20 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes of them messing around and waiting on their equipment to work, I told them to forget it and just did it myself at home. They were more concerned with playing on their own phones and telling each-other jokes than with solving the problem.
Staff here are friendly and helpful. They need more help though because the wait for assistance is too long. It's a busy location and is often crowded.
Had a great experience at this store. Emily O'Neal was very helpful and patient. If you need phone repair i recommend this location.

Pretty much down right disrespectful pathetic service. I was directed to the back for tech support. Where I signed in and was ignored for ten minutes by five tech reps due to a pretty lady in front of me having phone issues. How many tech reps does it take to help a pretty lady? One maybe two (tech rep and manager) but not ALL of them!! How much input is really given? Unless you are a pretty woman wearing a tight dress you're better off driving the extra twenty minutes to the Columbia branch. Which is always busy because they know how to treat their customers
