I needed to ship a car part from CT to MD for an urgent car repair or I risk paying much more locally, I went into the store and office workers were very professional and attention to detailed. Everything went smoothly as needed without issues or bad altitude.I am very happy about the team working here unlike some other locations. Please keep them together as long as you can. Owings Mills deserves such level of service from a committed and customer satisfaction oriented team. They have my highest 5 ratings of all time.
Friendly and helpful front staff. A lot better experience than the Post Office around the corner and the other authorized UPS package place nearby. Open late, until 7pm.

I haven't had great postal service like this since I was 9 years old with my grandmother. The young man was very kind, professional, and super helpful. He did everything from boxing to preparing and taping my return label. I'm relieved to find service like this after a long day at work!
