their design was not bad, same looking as the other premium brand's shape, design...recent models,but only looking, that was my problem start,the chair was very uncomfortable, brings me neck/back pains, tried to adjust with neck/back supporters however it didn't work at all. it was made wrong originally but i couldn't know it with 1 min seating in showroom before purchase.
I have purchased several items from OFL over the years. Everything from shelves for my daughters dorm room to home office desk and seating. Cool stuff. You need to go often because the inventory is constantly changing.
And there was nothing this store can do about it. there is no reasonable refund/return policy.
