I go nearly everyday, its a non judgemental atmosphere. I love the free classes with their kind teachers! The staff does a nice job keeping it clean and being a smiling face when you walk in

The most upsetting place to be when your are being harassed and racially profiled by staff member that likes to treat you like your nothing. A PT by the name of kaleb is a very racist and negative person ,he is a liar and swindler and he will do anything to cover his flaws by calling his supervisor to get him out of trouble. He is extremely disrespectful to people and rude to anyone that seem to be helping other also he likes to go and create conflict with club members that won’t respect his position. Kaleb believes that if your helping someone or if your working out with someone your taking money out his pockets but he likes to target African-Americans member and Intimidating so that can train with him. So you ever meet him in person reconsider your options and go to another trainer please that would be a wise choice.
A nice new gym. You can’t really beat it for the price. I have been to other LA Fitness’s with more amenities, but this one is more than adequate including a pool and basketball court. Most importantly, the place is kept very clean. A few suggestions I’d have for them would be to put biner clips on the other two lat pulldown machines and a couple storage “trees” for the grips. It would also be nice if they had scales in the locker rooms instead of just one in the weight area. I personally would pay an extra $10 a month if they offered towels and gym wipes instead of the whole paper towel/disinfectant thing, but I guess LA fitness doesn’t offer them to keep the price low.
My mother joined this gym on Monday. The PT Kaleb did his assessment that they are supposed to do for all paying customers. Kaleb offered to be her PT. Upon refusal due to the fact that it would cost her $160 a month, Kaleb decided he did not want to show her around the equipment. Which is something else they are supposed to do for paying customers right after signing up. My mother is a 54 year old woman. Which means she is not familiar with the current equipment in the gym. It would have been nice to be able to speak to a manager but the only one there was in fact the PT Kaleb who is a personal training club manager. If i could give zero stars i would. I am extremely disappointed with this company.
