I purchase an Oreck XL several years ago and have been nothing but pleased with the vacuum. The store personnel has always been helpful when I had to take my vacuum back for service. Yes I would recommend this store and it's products.
Disappointing! Not one of the nicer ORECK stores i have been in, i was disappointed to take my friend :( I picked up a vacuum to show her (as i suggested she buy it) and it was so dusty it needed a cleaning first. Then i wanted to demonstrate but i was told by the store personel that the battery was dead. So he knows the battery is dead but leaves it dead!!!!! The store smells, has no fresh feeling, unfriendly staff and overall not what i expect from ORECK! I have been a loyal customer for years and would not recommed this location sorry to say.
