Can't even speak english. Chinese cleaners
I picked up my dry cleaning the day before yesterday as I had done on 4 previous occasions. Took the 10 minute drive to my apartment and hung it up in my closet. Yesterday I got my sport coat out to wear it. I noticed several small holes and tears in the arm. I called, spoke to the owner and she asked me to bring it in this morning. She just kept saying that if they had done this she would take ownership. Well they didn't. It wasn't that way when it got there and I had done nothing but transfer the jacket to my closet. This will cost me 500 dollars to replace. Dont go here.
