I absolutely love Olive Garden, and frequent it wherever I go. I went to this location with my brother the evening of the 13th of November 2017. Service was terrible. We were never offered to have cheese on anything, we had to request it, and that was if we could catch anyone. Our waters were never refilled no even asked if we wanted them refilled. It was the worst service I have ever had. We went to chick fil a 2 days later and had someone come by our table and offer refills and see how things were going. It was much better than here.
The service here has declined tremendously... horrible service.. My son and I went for lunch, we both ordered fettuccine alfredo and italian sausage... the pasta came out dry on the bottom with what looked like 2 tables spoons of sauce tops.. when we asked for more sauce we were told we'd be charged.. I even asked the manager why would you serve dry pasta and charge for am adequate amount of sauce he said it was policy.. I've been going to this location for years and have never service as bad as its been this year.. everything is a hit or miss..
It's an Olive Garden, so this review isn't really going to account for food. It was the same quality of food as any other Olive Garden.
Owings Mills is our choice, quick, respectful staff, food 8 out of 10. Portions getting smaller. Need to serve red wine vinagar...with Balsamic
The second thing was the food. I got the never ending pasta. First I asked for two types of pasta and two types of sauce mixed. They came out with this massive plate of two pastas and sauce separated (and I say sauce lightly). There was little to no sauce on it. I asked for a second bowl later and again almost no sauce. I would have asked the waitress for more but she never came back by until we were handed our bill. Can’t believe I blew $16 on my never ending noodles.
We came here for our company holiday party, about 25 of us. Olive Garden had reserved out a semi enclosed space at the back of the restaurant. They provided a simplified menu with good options. We had two servers assigned to us, who were fast and great to work with. Great experience overall.
I usually only go to the Olive garden in White Marsh, Md but I decided to do a pick up order at the Owings Mills location. I truly regret it.My food was sub-par. It wasnt hot and my son's kids meal barely had sauce on his noodles. I ordered the meal at 5:40 pm for a 6:30 pm pick up; however, my food was not ready. I waited until 7:02pm to receive all my food. When I inquired about my delay, I was simply told the kitchen was backed up and the host ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. I declined and didnt receive any apology or complimentary items or discounts. I will not return to Owings Mills. ***kitchen back up is an excuse not a reason for poor service!***
