What's the point of being able to order tickets in advance on Fandango if the theater doesn't have a scanner and I still have to wait in line to get printed versions of my tickets? I wouldn't have paid a convenience fee to skip the line if I still have to wait in line. Then while we were waiting in line, they managed to have a scanner to scan an entire school bus of people in, but we still had to wait in line for the tickets and then had to wait behind the same huge group of people for food even though we had been first to begin with.
At this theater, can you get a ticket? Yes can you get concessions? Yes all with a side of attitude!
Worst experience at a theater. Almost everyone here had a bad attitude, even the customer service. Movie cut off in the middle of the show.
I am a professional drummer. My ears have been tested multiple times and I don't have damage it any real sensitivity for work, but I have to say the new Star Wars in Imax was honestly too loud to enjoy fully. Staff basically ran away and shut down communication when asked about this after the film. I wouldn't be surprised if the decibel level was excessive and hurting other patrons. Paper in my ears! Bummer dudes!
Never over crowded. Small. Been there a while. Great if you just want to see a movie. No other games and stuff to entertain kids
We were on a cross country tour and decided to stop for a movie. Thing is their online schedule was actually incorrect one evening... ended up missing the movie we wanted to see. Apart from that it was darn good experience. Staff was accommodating, facilities were great
Management, please address the customer service issue at this theater. I won’t be back. I will drive 20 minutes further to have more pleasant employees around whe I come to the theater. Owings Mills Customers deserve BETTER!
