I recently placed my mail on hold for the holidays, and packages were still left at my doorstep to be stolen. Why do they offer the hold service if they're going to deliver anyway!?
Horrible is the best I can say about this center. They won't deliver boxes to my home. They said they don't go down driveways but they deliver right next store to my neighbor.
Wrong hours on website. Mail transferred from Owings to Friendship post office where one can never get their mail due to short hours open.
This is case when I prefer to rate this places as -5 ! I came to solve the issue with deliveries in my mail box . Despite the fact that there was no line to wait , I have been helped on 32 mins. The reason they explained it because I need talk to supervisor who really disappear for a while. After she came she didn't know what's going on and how to help me . They just started to push me from one person to another without solving my problems . Carrier at area 17 doesn't know her stuff ! It's super unprofessional!
Why are the "local guides" who are (mostly) the only one's giving a good review? This PO isn't any good. But what do you expect when they cut their labor force and offices and still believe they can provide the services they offer with any type of quality. They told me that my carrier decided not to deliver certain pieces of mail because he didn't know a home business was at my address, but yet selectively delivers pieces of mail clearly with my company name listed and at other times he doesn't? WHAT? Since when is it up to the carriers discretion to make executive decisions whenever he wants? And they don't care nor take any accountability of the mistakes they make and the ramifications caused by their lack of professionalism. This place is the pits and their customer service is a joke.
