I take my mom there at least 2 two times a month. she loves it.
Freaking horrible. This is my 2nd time here and there is one cashier. The line is to the door and I just need to do a return. They had an excuse the last time and this time I don't even want to hear it. Unacceptable. DO not come here!!!! You've been warned!
Thank you ladies. This is a shout out to customer service associate Shaline and store manager Angie. They worked diligently helping me returning and exchanging items that were purchased on line. The REAL problem occurred when i went in to pick up the exchanged item. In the box there was a size10 & the other a size 6 and they both were for the right foot. Well kudos to Angie bcuz not only did she call but, she stopped, at another DSW on her way home that evening and had it so i could pick it up the next day. Talk about GREAT customer service!!
Customer service is non existent here. One cashier for a line of customers. Employees stand behind the counter or leave when customers approach. No one acknowledged me when I came to the line with no one there. One employee left, and the two others doing other tasks. Hello? Is someone open?
This is by far the worst DSW I have ever been to. The customer service is definitely lacking in this location and I love DSW, just not this one. I was in line, had been rung up and the salesperson realized that one of the clearance items needed to be labeled before completing my checkout. Instead of taking care of it right away, the manager told her to wait on the next customer and then come back and complete my transaction. When I told the associate that I was not willing to wait, she proceeded to wait on the next customer and ignore me. Needless to say, DSW lost a sale that day because I told her to just cancel my transaction.
