This mall is completely closed. It is being torn down presently.
TPTB should tear it down and build more educational facilities. The majority of the comments are from the functionally illiterate. Sad (both the mall and the comments).
I visited this place today for the first time in many years just to see it. It is just as the other users said, there is very little left. It was interesting but overall strange to walk around a mostly empty mall especially the food court which is completely empty. I did feel kind of bad for the young guy mopping the floors because it seemed pointless to do. Macy's and JC Penny did have most items on sale which would be good for most. I think if they decide to completely close down the mall they should just make it something else like a school because the building is still in good shape. I think that would be cool to have a big school in a mall setting.
Where did all the morons who post here come from? I don't know what depresses me more - - the shell of what was once a vibrant mall or the pathetic quality of our education system that produces the people who post here.
There's no mall anymore
This mall was built to support an upscale clientele (Saks was one of the original anchor stores). Oops, what happened??!?!
