I moved out from them because of continuous price increase. In 2 years they increased my rent with more than $100. I give them 3 stars only because of great staff they have. Management was always very nice and helpful, wish the company to take example from it’s employees!!!
In the 6 years I've been renting with EZ Storage Owings Mills, In the past had good service, but recently they have not conducted themselves in a professional manner. I was quoted a unit that I have was a certain rate and once I was billed, was charged a much higher rate. I called the office and was told that corporate would credit me the difference on my next payment, but when I later called the office they said they could not credit me as I was promised by one of their employees. As a business owner for 14 years myself, I am very disappointed on how the district manager handled this customer service matter with my concerns especially since I've rented at one time, 3 units all at the same time in the past.
I've been a tenant for nearly 10 years and have had the best experience. In fact, I was facing an automatic rate increase that I inquired about options available to me that could save me money. The folks here were extremely helpful and worked with me to select a new unit more than half the amount of my pending rate hike. Happy and satisfied customer!
