It's a metro station. No frills. Helpful, friendly, and cheerful staff.
It's tolerable when you can't afford city parking. But there are lots of beggars and peddlers who come into the stations and the trains, people eat and drink and on the rare occasion smoke on the platform or train, listen to loud music you can hear even with headphones and no cops to enforce the rules. If I could put 2.5 I would.
Always clean
It seems with every increase the service becomes worse. Its all kinds of illegal activities, kids being disrespectful, eating food and loud music. The train is always late, crowed and short. Staff could give a flying fig ppl get to work on time. Where are the Metro Officer at the booth talking and bsing. Its unsafe, unclean, and unmanaged nothing is being enforced.
Would like to see a earlier departure from ownings Mills 4:30
Alot of loud, vulgar kids with NO respect for themselves or others.
