Honest. The first time I was there they charged me $20 for a belt. They could have said anything.
Hands down the best shop for both mechanical and body work. The staff is both extremely knowledgeable and personable. Will be recommending this place for mechanical and body work from here on out!
From the minute I step in the door to the time I picked my car up they gave 5 star service. I have a BMW 328 and I am very particular about who fixes my vehicle, where most of the time I take it to BMW and expecially being a car guy. But my insurance company assured me that Carty's was the right place to go. And I 100% agree. They fixed things on the car I didn't expect. They didn't try to sell me anymore or up charge. If I ever need anymore collision repairs, Carty's is the place I will be!!!! Thanks Guys

I had been putting off servicing my 2001 Ford Ranger because of bad previous experiences with local dealerships. A friend recommended Carty's. My experience was positive in every way. Donna was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and I was kept informed on every aspect of my repair. They needed to custom make new brake lines for my truck and install a new door latch for the cab door (among other things). I had looked at the door latch myself and gaining access to it was a real pain. The labor charge for this was just over $100 which I thought was very fair. The people are nice, honest, competent and professional. What more could you ask for. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, and thanks to my friend for sending me.
