Just got a new fuel pump for a 750 IL BMW. The car gave me symptoms of a bad starter, alternator, or battery. Rick was able to diagnose the problem and fix it promptly. I've always gone to the BMW dealership. I've found a new home for my 750 IL.

Words can't describe the AMAZING customer service that I was given when taking my 2008 BMW 328xi to get service done. The crooks at Northwest BMW gave me an incorrect diagnosis after I precisely told them the symptoms that I was having (long cranking) and told them to test the Fuel Pump, they came back with a diagnostic of the MAF sensor being the problem. Then went to GSVA and spoke with Ricky about my concerns, dropped my car for a diagnostic and what do you know the Fuel Pump was failing. Luckily I still had a warranty on my vehicle which was covered the replacement costs. Ricky and his crew are amazing, and their customer service is something that is truly a rarity in today's society. So i can promise you that your car is in the most utmost honest hands here at Greenspring Valley. After these recent events this is going to be my new home for all my car needs. Thanks again Ricky!!
