I've been dealing with Jim, Marchon, Kelsey and the rest of the staff for almost a decade. They have never been anything other than 100pct helpful. They remember conversations about my father and my wife, and are absolutely professional all the time. There were amazing when my car was totaled, even going so far as to call me the morning after the accident to see if I was okay. For the people who have complained about shopping around to other agencies - that's fine, but it is clear that you get what you pay for - and I don't at all mind paying for caring and competent people.
State Farm insurance is terrible!!! i had a very minor fender bender with no damage to my vehicle at all

You and Your staff’s service is nothing short of Phenomenal. You guys are proactive and make sure we are up to speed with things. Additionally, you always take our calls and respond to our emails promptly, and you take the time to explain things in "Layman's Terms". That's a lot to ask in dealing with Us, because we always seem to procrastinate with this stuff.

I really want to thank You and Your staff for your help and dedication regarding all of my family's insurance stuff. You took us through the complicated process of dealing with the insurance through my Mom's estate. I asked that you talk to our estate attorney and you did so with pleasure. ( Had it been me I would have mis-translated the info and made the situation worse and complicated the process). Not only that, but you helped us get new homeowner's and auto policies which saved us money and actually got us better coverage. In general We love having you in our corner. When you deal with insurance as infrequently as we do, it's complicated and VERY annoying - Especially dealing with insurance processes, paperwork, and all the jargon that comes with it.. like: owning, buying, selling, cars and real estate and so on...
i have since shopped for new home owners insurance as well as Auto and have been very surprised how costly State Farm actually is. I will never recommend State Farm!
