Fresh food, rotten attitudes! Visited this location last night. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. I pointed to the chicken I wanted and asked the employee what kind it was. She snapped, "CHIPOTLE!" then looked away. This is the second time I have been in there and this same girl was rude to me. When she asked me which add ons I wanted, she spoke so low I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. This seemed annoy her. She mumbled something and pushed my salad bowl to another employee and took the next customer. Then it got worse. The next employee cuts an egg up in the salad and says, "I have to charge you .50 extra for the egg" I asked her why because the menu on the wall said the egg came with the salad. I was confused by why she would be discussing prices with me in the first place. She went on to say something about the "light menu" and the egg and she was waving her hands and gesturing. There was a slight language barrier. I told her I hadn't asked for a "lighter menu" and I wasn't understanding what she was talking about. She sighed and said, "Okay I no charge you for de egg!" None of the other employees came to assist. They stood and watched her be rude to me. It was an awful experience. When I got the the register, I told the cashier I didn't think those girls were too happy. He could hear how rude they were. He said, "Okay I'll talk to them. How's the weather outside?" I told him it was fine out there but bad in here and that customer service was everything. I will never go there again.
Used to eat there everyday. You need a job or healthy savings account...the food is superb. Best eating place this side of the border. Food is always fresh. Worthy of the pricing
My Salad was decent but the customer service is horrible. I always go to the Nottingham location and they are the best. I'm a loyal customer and I told the Manager there I won't ever go back. First and last time !
The workers are so sweet and the food is wonderful. Great variety and wholesome ingredients
Amazing unique and experience and for less than $10 it fills you up! I did the create your own. Delicious as well.
