Last time going here at this location..i try to give people the benefit of the doubt the people behind the counter are young one kid dropped a dish.. but speaking on my order they forgot the shrimp for my pad tai...yhe noodles were stuck together and dry it seems like no sauce and my egg is getting bigger everytome i order it...silverware n tables are dirty
Great food! Service could have been a touch better, cashier missed a meal. Editing this since whenever we go in the cashier is always distracted. We get tired of repeating our orders, 3 out of the four of us had to repeat ourselves. Then when I went to ask for a to go container a different employee set me to a table on the other side of the store where there were only mini containers. Went back to her and she seemed put out to hand me a container that was right in front of her.
Not going to this location anymore, just tried to go a few days ago and their "systems were down" so they apparently couldn't take orders paid with cash or just write it down.
Usually don't care to post reviews, ordered online at 5:30 went inside to pay at about 6, waited for 15 min before asking where my food was and it was sitting behind the counter the entire time and no one said anything. Asked for extra sauce and they legitimately just gave the smallest amount of half&half, not the extra penne rosa sauce. When my sister went in to ask for the correct sauce their response was "well you asked for extra cream sauce" I guess they don't know what their own sauces are called.
Good selection if noodle dishes, Thai, Chinese and Mexican
Noodles & Company is hands down my favorite restaurant. I honestly should have reviewed this place a long time ago considering how often I'm here, but better late than never! I recommend the Penne Rosa to anyone who comes here, and I recommend anyone who loves Noodles & Company to come to this one over any other ones you'll find in the area. I've been to pretty much every Noodles & Company in Baltimore County, and this one is by far the best.
