Really good food and had a really great waitress. it wasn't too busy on a Sunday night so the wait wasn't long at all. The only issue is not all the waitresses and waiters are equal, so to say. Some are really great and ask you for details about how you want your food, like do you want fried hard or whatnot, but others just take what you picked up from the menu and then make it however they want to unless it's like some sort of beef or something that needs to be cooked a certain way. Our waitress was really great she asked if we wanted that fried hard, what sauce would we like, and a bunch of other questions that we never even where asked before so we really appreciated that.
I had the blue ribbon burger and it was awesome. We went on a Sunday evening, and there was no wait. We had a 7 year old with us, and she was happy with the children's menu. All our food came out quickly and hot. The drinks are a little overpriced for their size, but in general the food was moderately priced.
Love this place the staff is always friendly. Even if i did not get free food for takeout on veterans day. I would definitely go here again in the near future.
The customer service was great. The waitress made sure we was happy and continued to check on us to ensure we had everything needed. Restaurant was also clean and a great place to take kids. The food was good and the burgers was cooked just how I like them. No complaints here and 5 stars well deserved.
We walked in. We got seated right away. It took a few minutes for our server to come over, but once she did it went amazing! I mean this is LITERALLY THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD in my 29 years of life... She did not have to write down one thing. She even remembered my order down to the change of the cheese on my to go sandwich. Mind you she put the to go order in about ten minutes after our food came out. The frozen strawberry margarita hit the spot. The bacon cheeseburger was great. They went a little lighter on the mayo than I like. My server fixed that right away and was happy to get me a side of mayo. The manager walked around and checked on everyone (including us) while we were eating. I definitely recommend coming in to Red Robin of Owings Mills to get a good meal for a decent price with amazing service... Those three are a hard combo to come by!
