I do not appreciate being yelled at. Especially by person who cannot use computer. It used to be such a nice place with friendly people. What happened to them? Today experience makes me believe robots would smile and provide better customer service.

We took our pug to the groomer (Yolanda) for a bath, blow dry, brush and nail trimmings. Mainly, we wanted the blow dry and brush to help with shedding.
Daren groomed my cat and made me fall in love all over again!! My baby had a serious shedding problem and the shampoo he used on him is awesome!! He smelled good and his fur was extra soft!! I will definitely schedule his next appt with Daren he's the best!!
After I picked him up, I was highly disappointed. He was still damp, hair was all over him, like he hadn't even been brushed, and two of his feet were bleeding! He actually had blood on them. They didn't even wipe it off of his paw. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER. Complete waste of $30.
I went in to buy fish and the lady by the name of Kelly was super unfriendly. I had walked up to her to ask if she was helping someone not once did she acknowledge me. But she made a point to continuously stare at me while I walked away. I put everything back, I was so upset that my son was there and had to witness that.
