I received a birthday fruit + chocolate covered birthday arrangement from this location. The fruit + chocolate was excellent. A senior gentleman delivered the basket and safely drove the truck.
Delivery service from this store is fine but the store itself is lacking. The food products they have for sale at the counter often don't look very fresh, if available/made/in stock at all.
At the parking lot at the Owings Mills location me and my wife were leaving the nearby safeway when an Edible Arrangements van flew so fast towards me and my wife we thought he was going to hit us. I waved as I crossed the street to let the driver know that he was going too fast. Not intending to have any further interaction I continued to my car. The driver proceeded to dangerously whip into a parking spot across from us and get out of the car yelling "you got something to say to me?" I responded with "yeah, slow down homie this is a parking lot" the guy continued to yell "I'm not your homie, you racist white b!@#$" and said "come talk to me if you got something to say, Ill whip your ass in front of your girl." at this point I told him that "he needs to slow down and that this is a parking lot." he continued to yell and speed out of the lot recklessly when he saw I was getting in my car to leave. This guy is extremely reckless and has no respect for safety of pedestrians unprofessional. tag# was 9cj7720. For a guy to go as far as literally try and fight a pedestrian in a labeled work truck who knows what he is capable of. he was mid 20's light skin, skinny build. My wife was terrified.. all because we wanted this guy to slow down. If this is how Edible Arrangements would like to have their staff behave they just 100% lost my business and I will undoubtedly turn anybody that brings them up the other way. Disgusting way to act.
Friendly helpful staff. The chocolate covered strawberries are awesome. I'll be going back soon for more strawberries!!!
