Check you returns receipt to make sure it's a refund and not a sale. This is what happened to me this past week. I bought a TV and returned it a few days later, only to find out after looking at my bank statement that customer service had charged me for the tv and not refunded me.
Worse customers service ever. Can't find anybody to help me. Everyone seems to have bad attitude. Cleanliness and hygiene from employees is lacking. Update: customer service has improved a lot since last year; staff seems a lot courteous and friendly. I guess they got rid of some bad apples. However, in the produce area you will still find rotten fruits and vegetables and this is unacceptable. Also the staff working in the samplers carts are not friendly nor they care if you tried their advertised samples; actually they sometime act as if you are bothering them just because you want to try a sample food item. However this too can improve greatly with some education.

Great place to shop when you have to fill a large pantry. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. The hours are great if you have the business membership because you can shop earlier and be on your way before the rush of customers. Parking can be difficult on weekends so plan your visit and exercise patience.
Very rude staff. Seems like they always waken up in a bad mood! Nobody knows anything, no one can answer questions, it´s a zoo!
About their cooked chicken. I've shopped at this store at lease 10 times since moving to town in May, and every time except for my first shop, the store has been out of cooked chicken. I've tried shopping on different days during the week on the weekends; morning, noon or early evening shops, and every time their shelves are enjoy. And there is about an hour's wait and a line for chicken.
