Sold a used or defective mattress.
The salesperson was great. He explained and taught us a lot about mattresses. He took his time and provided excellent service. I was disappointed in the delivery. The email I received the night before said the delivery time would be between 9 and 12. When I tracked the delivery it was changed to 11:30 to 2:30. I then received a call at 12:45 that they were going to be later because of a mechanical problem. I called the store and said they had to make it later. The mattress is nice and overall we are pleased.
Ps I'd give NO ⭐️'S if I could , run around from corporate
We purchased a Davenport bed king size , thee worst RIP OFF I've ever spent $1,000.00 + CASH ON !
Less than 90 days old & still rock hard & the mattress in the middle has never settled yet & at this point at less than 90 days old , STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEIVING COMPANY & the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT THEY VIOLATED !
