The parking lot had enough space each time we went and was close to an exit near our room. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were clean and well-furnished. I always like having a fridge and a separate sleeping space, even in the studio room that doesn't have a proper wall. Walls seemed a bit thin as I could hear plumbing and noise from other rooms, but not always. Breakfast had hot items like eggs and waffles and sausage, but no change between visits. The location is convenient for us to visit friends and family in Baltimore and Westminster.
Horrible absolutely horrific customer service and front desk. Obnoxious, condescending, and just plain rude. Geez, train your people. Seriously. But brand new clean spot.**(see major edit below) The customer service totally kills it though. There are a half dozen other nice and equivalent hotels nearby. Go there. Nothing like a rude front desk to kill a night away.
A nice new hotel in a convenient location. The king suite is spacious, decor is modern, and overall quite comfortable. The internet is fast for hotel standards. Breakfast is acceptable and complimentary. Heating and cooling is provided by an independently controlled central unit, quiet, but doesn't flow into the bedroom or washroom very well. Hot water from tap isn't very hot either.
Edit: not even clean. Found multiple hairs and stains on sheets. Ask them to change the sheets in front of you.
Newly opened property. Everything works, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room and the lobby were spotless. Stall shower in ultra clean bathroom was an unexpected bonus.
New hotel. Rooms are clean. Daily room service. Staff are very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast. Stayed here for 30 nights.
