Tom Dinatale of the Service Department was the definition of customer service. Clear and concise communication, he answered all of my questions and he got me in and out. I definitely reccommend Audi of Owings Mill if you want to service your Audi. Saturdays are priceless because it is my only day off!!!!

I took my car in for recall service. They completed the scheduled service in the timeframe provided. After leavening the dealership I parked the car in my garage. That evening I noticed a puddle of blue liquid under the car. After inspecting under the hood, I could see the windshield washer fluid was almost empty. I added some fluid to check and confirmed it was leaking. Having never had an issue with any function of the washer system it was obvious it occurred hours earlier while at the dealership. I called and spoke to the service manager who handled my appointment. He said it was not at all their responsibility and if I brought it in I would have to pay for any diagnosis and repair. Obviously an unscrupulous organization that knows they caused the issue but not willing to repair it or diagnose the origin without charging me. I would never purchase a car or have repairs done at this dealership!
