Amazing experience. I worked with Ms. Vicky and she worked extremely hard to get me into a car after my accident. She kept me updated on everything and the day that I purchase a car she kept in contact with me throughout the whole day to ensure that I would have a car before my rental would end. I would recommend anybody especially those who have credit issues to speak with her.
I had like 7 apps on my phone with my criteria in my saved searches & to get email notifications for prices changes or new listings. I always ended up back at Len Stoler, I actually minimized my criteria perimeters per their listings to see where else I could go that wasn't so far.
We LOVE our new 2015 GMC Acadia!! We both agreed it was the Best & Most Pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. It was an amazing experience including interactions we had with everyone. Don was WONDERFUL, I couldn't compliment him enough (which says a lot, I've been in Customer Service for 15+ years)!!! Addy was the glue that held it all together, she was so responsive & knowledgeable, kept my attention. I cannot stress enough how much all of it meant to us, SO worth the drive!!! We will do it again the next time we need a car & will recommend everyone we know who is looking.

My husband was NOT happy about the drive from Southern Maryland to Westminster, it took some talking. I have been looking at cars off & on for the passed year or so, we were looking for something nicer, less miles & a little more room.
I have found over the years buying new cars is, you need to be informed on what you are looking for and want. when you know what you want and you have used all the tools that are available to you. and have an idea of the total cost, interest rates, and all the above.so when you go to buy at Len Stoler Ford you can be friendly and make your best deal. It did take a couple of days to do a deal, however it was a GREAT experience. I must say Thank You to the Sales staff and the Finance department, and to the most important thing to me is, the true Service I received from the General Manager Allen. Everyone was extremely nice since the accident was not incurred by myself it was incurred by a valet company. Sarah waled my wife and I through this process and returned communications promptly. I was very pleased with the work. The only think keeping me from not giving a 5 star, is that when I picked the car up, a tail light was still not working. So Im REALLY glad I checked before I left the site. They promptly fixed the taillight and I was on my way.
