Roy is a very unprofessional and rude person. The outcome should've been was to apologize honor what I was told and let me know how they do things. However that was not the case. I should've paid attention to the other reviews.
So after 3 years with no car and trying to save, but other things kept getting in my way. I randomly went to Len Stoler Hundai in Owings Mills to find out a price for a used car. Brendan Keough Approached me and went into his office to start the paperwork. He was able to get a brand new car with no previous owner and a amazing warranty that has me covered for at least 10 years for 100,000 miles on the engine and transmission. But what I really liked about the experience is the talk we had about building my credit. He is awesome. You won’t be disappointed if you work with him.
From Jerry Follmeyer we received courteous, timely & reasonably priced service. Only negative is difficulty getting calls through at times. Wasted time in getting a receptionist instead of direct lines to service manager.
****update**** The Director of Service reached out to me after I sent an email and genuinely and sincerely apologized. They will be rectifying this problem for me. Due to the great attitude of Jason Binder I will be giving this company another chance. He has gone above and beyond to make me feel better.
I went in today for my first service of my vehicle . I called prior when I made my appointment to find out the cost since I bought my vehicle from another Hyundai dealer in another state. The service person I spoke with said your first service will be free regardless. I went in today with my 3 month old and two year old to get my vehicle serviced which is no easy task. While I was providing my information, I was asked did I purchase my vehicle from them and I said no. The service member than showed me their sheet regarding service prices. He asked what I am guessing is the service manager whose name is Roy could they honor my first free service. Roy answered in a very rude manner after she pays for the first 4 services. I then stated I was told by an employee it would be free. Roy went on to say well the cashiers dont know, I said it was a service person he asked was it a male and I said yes. He proceeds to say well it could've only been the other guy who wasn't there at the time. So I said since I was told it was supposed to be free that will not be honored? He rudely and nastily said no! I left with my vehicle and my children and contacted Heritage Hyundai.
Brendan Keough was awesome to work with! He put us at ease and moved the process along quickly, getting us a payment that fit our budget for the car we wanted. His manager Mike Davidoff was also very friendly and helpful when it came to financing. We are repeat customers, and will be back again. Thank you!!
I had my first service appointment for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata on Dec 9th. I was treated with the up most respect and kindness upon my arrival and departure. Not to mention that my oil change was completed in less than an hour. Thanks Len Stoler Hyundai
