Walked in not knowing exactly what car I wanted, Michael Baker greeted me and educated me on the 2018 Accord models. I went for a test drive and left without any pressure from him. I came back a few days later and he helped me get the car I wanted and the price was where I wanted to be. I wanted to stay local and they were easy to deal with and had lots of selections.
Honda of Owings Mills was one of the most amazing dealerships to do business with. I had been shopping around for a while and had an idea of what I was looking for. Their pricing was fair and vehicle selection was a dreamland. I felt no pressure to buy and my salesman Mr. Kean Thompson was very personable, accommodating and professional from start to finish. I would not call myself one of the easiest customers to please! Mr.Thompson and Mr. Melvin assisted in my search for the perfect vehicle for my family and I. Once I found “the one” I fell in love with it and was able to drive off the lot the same day. I would highly recommend Mr. Kean Thompson and Honda of Owings Mills!
I apologize to the amazing team of guys who I promised I would write a review for. Time escaped us, and we've been enjoying our new ride!! I just want to say a huge thank you and not only praise, but highly recommend Honda of reisterstown. I appreciated that when we arrived, no one came out to ask us questions. They let us look without feeling like we were being sold. When we walked inside, Derrick approached us and was so kind. We were interested in one model that had sold, but there was a similar car on the lot. Only better! After looking it over, and a test drive, we knew we found a winner. The team, Derrick, Matt, and Duke were fantastic finding us the right financing options and offering us a warranty that was incredible! We are so happy, and in the future will consider you folks at Honda first, when purchasing a new vehicle. You made the experience of buying a new car the most stress-free its ever been!
My time at Honda Owings Mills was smooth and easy. I usually have no patience for car dealership, but Mikhail Kurmanov was so nice and knowledgeable and helped me so much! He wasn't gimmicky and didn't try any weird salesperson tricks which I really appreciated. He worked with my budget and went above and beyond with the rest of the team to make it work. He showed me all the features of my new car and stayed with me through the entire process. He even spent some time to fix my license plates on another car of mine despite the freezing cold weather outside. I would definitely go back to Honda Owings Mills for an experience like this.

My wife and I stopped in on a snowy Friday afternoon to test drive a new Pilot and we met with Mikhail. My wife loved the car so we decided to work out a deal.
