I cant gush enough about this place. Car shopping can suck because the people are out for money and not the best interst of you. This place completely took care of me and got me the best deal possible with a really great car. My salesman steve worked extra hard to get me the best option and the best deals and i am eternally grateful!!
Very misleading and not forthcoming with important information. I was recently in there on a Friday. The reason I went in on this Friday is they told me my current pre-approval expired so I had to get in there on Friday. I spend almost 3 hours with a sales rep working out a deal, payments and everything. I even put down a deposit on Friday night. My son show was with me, had a personal situation come up so I told them I would be back in the am to finish. They simply stated, ok. Well when I arrived back in the am, apparently a very important piece of information was not conveyed to me. Apparently, since I didn't complete the sale that night and drive off with a vehicle, my existing agreements/pre-approval was no good. It just so happened that withing a 12 hour period, the down payment doubled. Now mind you, they were willing to eat some of it but still wanted me to put down more money which I don't have. Totally wrong. Their employee neglected to inform me of this very important piece of information causing me to not be able to make the deal. After that, I just didn't feel comfortable working with, as I see it, a dishonest company.... Shame on them. I know I don't have the best credit but it doesn't mean that I should be taken advantage of or mislead in any way.
