I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 3/4 ton pickup. This is the 2nd truck I purchased from this dealership. All was going well until they wrecked my vehicle in their garage! They had to replace a door and fender, and a mirror to restore the truck. When asked to go a bit further and take care of a small scratch on the truck they refused. Upon checking out the truck a week later, they damaged the radiator protector cover. Again, a return trip for their inspection and another after they ordered the part. BUT, the part was not the same as the original and does not cover properly. They knew it was a different part but did not explain that to me up front. They also parked my truck way out back in the lot, making it difficult for me to retrieve, all the while I was waiting in the waiting room. I will not be back.
I personally have had a pleasant experience with this dealership. Their inventory is current and we purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango RT from here. Our salesperson was great and nobody pressured us into anything. Clean and well kept as well.
