I could not be any more happier with my experience at Northwest BMW. I owned BMW in Europe, but found that here the purchase process is much different. I expected it to take a week to get deal done. I worked with the most professional, well spoken, and courteous sales advisor Duane. He and his team made purchasing new BMW very simple. I didn't get the run around, like other dealerships in the area. Duane didn't waste my time with a bunch of back and forth. We picked out car, went over numbers, and did the deal! When you are treated with respect, and have a real professional who knows what he is doing, it makes a difference. Mark the finance guy was great too. DUANE ROCKS! Mine was a challenging scenario.... there was a collection account on my credit I'd been fighting to get corrected for over a year... but Duane and Bobby in Finance fought the good fight and got me approved A-Tier for my BMW M240i lease. Delivery was fast and easy but MOST IMPORTANTLY: if you've bought new cars you know from experience that 9 out of 10 times when you show up to finalize everything... suddenly a bunch of things have changed... payment has gone up slightly, cash down has gone up... service plan just got less attractive, or even the car you thought you were buying has inexplicably changed color and the one you wanted is sold. We've all been through it. NONE OF THE ABOVE with BMW NW. Showed up, everything was exactly as it should be, the Finance Manager didn't waste 2 hours of my life trying to sell me add-ons I didn't want... sign, keys and gone. Easiest new car delivery of my life. TWO THUMBS UP FOR DUANE AND BOBBY!
